1. SW600-R Basic Type
This basic construction type boasts reinforced inner and outer diameters with multiple layers of metal, enhancing stability and compression. Ideal for use in tongue and groove, male and female, or grooved to flat face flange assemblies.
2. SW600-IR Inner Ring Type
Featuring a solid inner metal ring that acts as a compression stopper, this type minimizes turbulence and erosion by filling the annular space, making it perfect for male and female pipe flanges.
3. SW600-CG Outer Ring Type
This design incorporates a solid outer ring that precisely aligns the gasket, providing added radial strength to prevent blowouts. Easy installation is enabled by the ring's contact with bolts, suitable for flat and raised face flanges. Internal rings are advised for class 900 and above.

4. SW600-CGI Inner & Outer Rings Type
Combining inner and outer rings, this gasket type offers enhanced compression limitations, protecting flange faces from corrosion. Suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature environments, class 900 and above, or where corrosive or toxic media are present.

The SUNWELL SW600 Spiral Wound Gasket is ingeniously formed from a V-shaped metallic strip and soft non-metallic filler. Support rings inside and outside the spiral enhance handling, fitting, and versatility.
