1. SW600-R Basic Type
The basic construction type features reinforced inner and outer diameters with multiple metal piles, offering enhanced stability and superior compression characteristics. Perfect for tongue and groove, male and female, or grooved to flat face flange assemblies.
2. SW600-IR Inner Ring Type
With a solid inner metal ring acting as a compression stopper, this design prevents solids accumulation, reduces fluid turbulence, and minimizes erosion. Ideal for male and female pipe flanges, it fills the annular space with a solid ring.
3. SW600-CG Outer Ring Type
Featuring a solid outer ring for precise gasket placement on flange faces, this type offers additional radial strength to prevent blowouts and serves as a compression limiter. Easy installation with outer rings touching bolts, suitable for flat and raised face flanges. An internal ring is recommended for Class 900 and above.
4. SW600-CGI Inner & Outer Rings Type
Combining both inner and outer rings, this gasket provides extra compression limits, preventing corrosion on flange faces. Designed for high-pressure and temperature services, it's suitable for Class 900 and above or environments involving corrosive or toxic media.
